To ensure a relaxing atmosphere and the most efficient service for all, we kindly ask for children to be supervised at all times while being serviced. At SOVELLASALON, we love and welcome children however it's not a child-proofed area and employees cannot supervise children during an appointment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Your appointment is very important to our team at SOVELLASALON. We reserve your appointment time, especially for you, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hr cancellation notice for all haircut services and 48 hr cancellation notice for all Haircolor/ Chemical/ Keratin appointments so we may have the time to schedule another guest. Our appointments are confirmed more than 48 hours in advance, in order to provide you enough time to reschedule or change your appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hr or 48 hr notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment could result in a cancellation or extra charge. All appointments will be scheduled with a credit card on file.
